DECK GEAR Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, sailcovers, cockpit dodgers, cockpit tent, boarding ladder on stern, stainless steel boarding ladder, stainless steel davits, boat hook, warps, fenders, solar vents, Lofrans manual anchor windlass, Fortress aluminium anchor, Fortress steel anchor, approx 60m 5/16 chain, Fishermans anchor, large amount of spare chain and warp, spinnaker pole, fold-away cockpit table. SAILS In-mast furling mainsail. Mizzen. Furling Genoa. Working jib, storm jib and spinnaker. Silver anodised masts and spars. Stainless steel standing rigging. DOMESTIC Eberspacher diesel hot air heating system. Sound system with speakers. TV point. Fly screens for all doors and windows.4 gimballed brass lamps, glass rack, book rack. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, 12v/240v fridge, hot and cold water supply to sink. her separate heads compartment has a Jabsco electric flush marine toilet, wash basin and shower with hot and cold water supply. ACCOMMODATION Large double berth to aft cabin. 2 single berths in the forward cabin, her saloon seating can convert to a further double berth.
