Total charter revenue for the 2011 season was £22,693 inc. VAT (£18,910 ex VAT) but please note that this was achieved with only 93 days of charter, a much lower number of days than the large international charter fleets tend to log. The yacht has been owned from new by a VAT registered limited company, which has six shareholders and has 8yrs of accounts available; they would like to sell either the yacht on its own or the whole company can be purchased for £90,000. Charters already booked for 2012 will need to be completed and there is a posibility to continue the existing charter management arrangement. The basic yacht specification includes slab reef mainsail (2011) with stackpack (2012) and lazyjacks, furling headsail (2010), central heating, radar/plotter and a complete sailaway inventory.
